Olivia Wilde Wore Magda Butrym The Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder Launch
Tiffany & Co. unveiled the Fall Expression of Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder in Milan, set against the breathtaking Chiostri di San Simpliciano. Olivia Wilde, a brand ambassador, was on hand, dazzling in platinum and 18k yellow gold jewels with diamonds from the collection.
But here’s where my inner debate begins. Olivia paired the necklace and rings with a Magda Butrym floral-appliqué blazer. Was it the right move when the jewels were supposed to be the star? Normally, I’m firmly in the “less is more” camp—clean lines, minimal distractions, let the diamonds do the talking.
And yet, I can’t shake the feeling that the flower detail actually amplified the grandeur of the necklace. Almost like the blazer and jewels were having a conversation rather than competing.
Had she worn her hair down, the balance might have tipped the other way. But with her styling this sharp, I’m leaning toward yes—it worked. Am I alone here?
