Pamela Anderson Channels Retro Glamour While Promoting ‘The Naked Gun’ Reboot

Pamela Anderson is giving us a front-row seat to her personal style renaissance, kick started by the press tour for The Naked Gun reboot, as the streets of New York have become her runway.

roses are red, the pumps are too, I’m giving old Hollywood—but with something new.

We have to begin with the Marni mermaid-style dress covered in painterly red and black roses from the Spring 2025 collection. You may remember this one from Julia Fox’s more avant-garde interpretation, which some of you lovingly dubbed “Circus Couture.” But Pamela took us in a completely different direction. Thanks to the scarf tied around her head and the pink-framed Garrett Leight cat-eye sunglasses, this felt like a love letter to the Golden Age of Hollywood with just enough attitude to remind us this isn’t your average homage. Say what you like about the bare face—there’s something refreshing about seeing her have fun with fashion again. Red pumps sealed the deal.

If Cannes was a mood, I’m wearing it in Manhattan

Fresh off the heels of Cannes, this all-white Proenza Schouler Pre-Fall 2025 ensemble felt like it had hopped off a yacht in Antibes and landed in downtown Manhattan. The crisp shirt paired with a broderie anglaise flared skirt was breezy and elegant, while the Proenza Schouler Slope bag and matching pumps kept things streamlined. Add a wide-brim hat and those (now) signature Garrett Leight retro shades, and suddenly we’re living a Riviera daydream—with a New York edge.

Vintage executive realness with a Samantha Jones twist

For her next stop, Pamela turned up the nostalgia dial in a tweed sequin mini dress from Marc Jacobs. Think ‘80s power-dresser with a glam twist. The look had everything: big hair, a black Marc Jacobs Dual bag, black pumps and Garrett Leight oversized sunglasses for drama. It was giving office siren meets Fifth Avenue, and I loved every bit of it.

Every outfit during this press run has been rooted in vintage references but made undeniably hers. If this is a preview of what’s to come during the full press tour, I’m already excited.
