Ana de Armas Wore Louis Vuitton To The ‘Ballerina’ London Premiere

You wouldn’t have guessed it based on the nonstop Cannes updates over the last eleven days, but yes—events have been happening elsewhere, and I’m going to do my best to catch up with as many as I can before the closing ceremony rolls around.

One of those events? The world premiere of From the World of John Wick: Ballerina—which we’re just going to call Ballerina for short—starring Ana de Armas.

Don’t let the sweet-sounding title fool you. Ana plays Eve Macarro, a ballerina-turned-assassin out for revenge, so tulle tutus are off the table for this press tour.

The Ana de Armas x Louis Vuitton partnership has been due a major win, and they absolutely delivered on a fully embroidered silver platter served with an extra helping of shell motifs. It was modern, villainously glamorous, and completely scene-stealing.

The look was completed with white gold and diamond Tumbler earrings, a matching bracelet and ring from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection, and a red lip so powerful it might as well have been its own accessory.

Villainous glamour? Absolutely. Hall of fame-worthy? Without question.
