Pedro Pascal and Sigourney Weaver made a surprise appearance at the Star Wars Celebration in Chiba, Japan, on Friday—and let’s just say, it was a tale of two very different outfit energies.

Pedro, our beloved fashion wild card, stepped out in Acne Studios, and once again, the man is committed to his own lane. Unfortunately, this time that lane detoured into Oktoberfest territory. Honestly, he’s just a pair of Lederhosen short of holding a stein of beer and leading a folk dance. Between the flowy shirt, the wide shorts, and a Pedro knee-showcasing moment, it’s giving more biergarten than galactic celebration.

Let’s also not forget that last time we saw him in Saint Laurent’s oversized boots, it left us confused, not convinced. And this latest outing? Same reaction. Experimental, yes. Exciting, sure. Flattering? Not particularly. It’s like he’s playing fashion Mad Libs at this point.

Meanwhile, Sigourney Weaver served up a masterclass in effortless cool. A sleek black suit, crisp tailoring, and white loafers—simple, clean, timeless. While Pedro was busy giving us a sartorial puzzle, Sigourney reminded us that sometimes, a well-cut suit and a calm sense of self is all you need to win in the fashion galaxy.
