Christina Aguilera was spotted making her way to the Vogue Smart Tox New York Fashion Week kick-off event on Thursday (September 7).
It looks like the printed mesh dress is still trending.
Popularised by Jean Paul Gaultier in the ‘90s, and then again in 2023, the look is associated with celebrities like Bella Hadid, Kim Kardashian, Lori Harvey, Beyonce, Kylie Jenner, Normani, and your favourite influencers.
Christina brought the trend to fashion week, wearing a Feben Fall 2023 dress which showcases the designers penchant for characters and art, as the dress is emblazoned with a collage of Salvador Dali’s Gradiva painting blended with a print of the Greek goddess Psyche.
This is likely to be an unpopular opinion, but I really love this look for Christina.
She has the personality to pull off such a complex, multi-layered design like this.
Gold accessories including Steve Madden Panther gold knee high boots and Peruffo Jewelry completed her look.
