2023 Critics’ Choice Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the 2023 Critics’ Choice Awards.
I love how Claire Foy’s Prada floral motif printed dress shows the power of a good print.
Prada silver brushed leather sandals and Messika jewels completed her look.

Daisy Edgar-Jones is having a moment in Gucci.
I wasn’t crazy about her last look for the Golden Globes, but the sex appeal of this retro-inspired cut-out dress is more palatable.

Dominique Fishback is giving me flashbacks to the Greta Constantine dress Viola Davis wore to the 2021 African American Film Critics Association Awards on account of the colour and the ruffles.
This is a stunning colour for her.

I’m looking at Jenny Slate wearing this patchwork Olivier Theyskens Spring 2023 dress with nothing but confusion.
I love how she stepped outside her comfort-zone -she has been doing that a lot recently – but this dress was made for Hunter Schafer or Gwendoline Christie.

Jessie Buckley paid a stunning tribute to Vivienne Westwood wearing this classic ball gown styled with De Beers jewels.
I can’t tell you how happy I am for the return of her flame red hair.

Julia Garner wore a Ferragamo Pre-Fall 2023 part sheer dress which doesn’t feel in tune with the event.
The Grammys would’ve been an ideal location, because she looks amazing.
Stuart Weitzman heels, and Bulgari jewels completed her look.

Julia Roberts can either turn it up, and play it down.
Thankfully she opted for the former wearing a Schiaparelli gown accessorised with Chopard jewels.

Kelsey Asbille gives me déjà vu every time she steps out in Saint Laurent.

I’m so happy to see Madelyn Cline shine on the red carpet, we didn’t get to see much of her during the ‘Glass Onion’ tour as Janelle Monáe and Kate Hudson took the lead, so this Givenchy Pre-Fall 2023 feathered dress was the perfect way to stand out.

Monica Barbaro looked breathing wearing a floral Del Core gown.

Love this or hate this Natasha Lyonne made this Gucci Resort 2023 look work.
It’s the styling and the attitude for me.

Copy and Paste what I said the last time out.
Niecy Nash team never misses. This Jason Wu Collection sequin gown was a beautiful display of the designer’s artistry.

Phoebe Dynevor opted for a summery chiffon gown courtesy of Louis Vuitton.

Renée Elise Goldsberry dazzled on the red carpet wearing Cucculelli Shaheen.

There is yet more bedazzlement courtesy of Rhea Seehorn in Jenny Packham.

When I see Sadie Sink in this Chanel Haute Couture dress, I miss her in Alexander McQueen.

Sheryl Lee Ralph’s Jovana Louis dress could’ve easily looked like one of the foil wrappers they give to runners after a race, but she looks divine in gold.

Zoe Kazan was in her element wearing Rodarte.

Chelsea Handler doesn’t usually stand out on the red carpet, but she did just that in Maticevski.
