Sam Heughan attended the 2022 Esquire Man of the Year Awards held at the Casino de Madrid on Wednesday (December 14) in Spain, where accepted the International Icon Award.

Red carpet menswear has improved year on year as celebrities have been taking more risks, dabbling more with colours, styles, and embellishments, which we have all enjoyed.

But you will never beat the classic elegant of a tuxedo, especially this Canali look which features a velvet jacket with satin shawl lapels.

With both the Italian craftsmanship and fine materials the brand is well on its way to redefining luxury.

The ‘Outlander’ actor completed his look with a Panerai Luminor Due Luna timepiece.

Sam has spoken about his hopes of becoming the next James Bond.  

Methinks this look will go a long way to manifesting that dream.
