Anne Hathaway Wore Proenza Schouler To Ottessa Moshfegh’s New Novel Celebration
On Monday (June 20), Anne Hathaway attended an event celebrating author Ottessa Moshfegh’s new novel ‘Lapvona,’ which was held at Proenza Schouler’s store in Soho, New York.
The connection between the two ladies is that Anne Hathaway is starring (along with Thomasin McKenzie) in ‘Eileen,’ an upcoming film based on the 2015 novel by Ottessa Moshfegh of the same name.
I love that Anne has never been afraid of animal print (or any prints for that matter).
Her last leopard print look was on the red carpet for the 2019 Golden Globe Awards where she wore an Elie Saab gown.
On this occasion she wore a Proenza Schouler leopard crepe de chine dress from the Fall 2022 collection which makes a glamorous statement, especially when styled with her bright red Bvlgari bag.
You might find it hard to believe that this is from Proenza Schouler, as Dolce & Gabbana and leopard print have become synonymous with each other, and we’re used to seeing more abstract prints from the New York based label.
