Olivia DeJonge Wore Prada To The ‘Elvis’ Sydney Premiere

It’s been a while since we had a Hollywood film premiere in Sydney, Australia, but considering the female lead Olivia DeJonge and director Baz Luhrmann are both Australian, it would’ve been rude not to present ‘Elvis’ to the locals at the State Theatre on Sunday (June 5).

When it comes to this Prada pale pink silk organza gown, I have questions.

What happened from her leaving her hotel room to arriving on the red carpet?

Why was there not a steamer on standby?

Why is the fit around the bust so loose?

Much like her last red carpet look she is stunning from the neck up, but a lot of the issues she is facing on the red carpet are minor and should’ve been ironed out – pun intended – when putting together this promo tour.

I had such high hopes for Olivia during Cannes, but the last two looks haven’t lived up to her earlier promise.

I hope there is time to pull it back, but I’m not sure if there are any premiere’s left as this has an end of tour, homecoming feel to it.
