Blake Lively Wore Sergio Hudson Out In New York City
With the 2022 Met Gala less than a week away, Blake Lively – who will co-chair the event with Regina King, Ryan Reynolds and Lin-Manuel Miranda – was spotted out in New York City on Monday (April 25), following Gigi Hadid’s 27th birthday celebrations.
The actress was on-trend with her Sergio Hudson Fall 2022 monochrome cut-out bodysuit, wool blazer and high rise trousers, which, if you’re counting, is her second look from the designer in a week, and fourth of the year (2022 Gem Awards and the opening night of ‘The Music Man’).
Could this be a strong indicator that she will be wearing the designer on the night of the Met Gala?
I hope so.  It would be such a major coup for Sergio Hudson who has been getting a lot of celebrity love of late (Lupita Nyong’o is also a fan).
I love the ‘70s vibe of this look. I can picture Farrah Fawcett, Bianca Jagger and Iman (then and now) rocking this suit.
Referring to her last look, the styling let her down.
On this occasion I love the Louis Vuitton Capucines BB bag, but I don’t think the Christian Louboutin Goldostrap Spike T-Strap pumps were the right choice for this sleek suit, but they are barely seen here.Â
