Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Wore Phillipa Lepley To The Governor General’s Bahamas Reception

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attended a reception hosted by the Governor General held at Baha Mar Resort on Friday (March 25) in Nassau, Bahamas, with Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.

I loved the style and design of this Phillipa Lepley icy-blue gown, but sadly the silk duchess satin didn’t hold up.

This really could have (should have) been the ultimate Cinderella moment to cap this tour, but I can’t get over dents and creases on the skirt.

Your Hollywood actress may get a pass by some (not me), but at this level, it’s kinda criminal.

What makes matters worse is that she was wearing embellished Gianvito Rossi Rania pumps, which were her Cinderella slippers.

A blue satin Lulu Guinness clutch and Van Cleef and Arpels jewels – previously worn to the 2020 BAFTAs completed her look.
