Jessica Kahawaty In Georges Hobeika Couture – Ball Of Arabia

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Jessica Kahawaty In Georges Hobeika Couture - Ball Of Arabia

Jessica Kahawaty, aka as the Australian-Lebanese Amal Clooney, hosted the first ever Ball of Arabia presented by Vogue Arabia in benefit of UNICEF on Friday (December 7) in Burj Al Arab.

The lawyer and TV host, looked absolutely breath-taking wearing a Georges Hobeika Fall 2018 Couture gown.

I thought I was kinda over embellished nude gowns, but this luxurious piece totally swept me off my feet.

Perhaps it has something to do with the draped detailing on the shoulders or the feathers that accent the hemline, either way, I’m in love.

Juana Acosta In Georges Hobeika Couture – GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Juana Acosta In Georges Hobeika - GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Juana Acosta attended the 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards on Thursday (November 22) in Madrid, Spain.

The actress turned heads wearing a Georges Hobeika Spring 2018 Couture gown.

While I much prefer her Maticevski look from earlier in the week, this green gown featuring an asymmetric shoulder strap, embellished with multicolour rhinestone, is still worthy of high praise.

I adore the complementary styling and ponytail keeps the look feeling fresh.

You may remember that Josephine Skriver wore this same gown to the Chopard Secret Night party during Cannes Film Festival.

Dakota Fanning In Georges Hobeika Haute Couture – Jaeger-LeCoultre Gala Dinner

Dakota Fanning In Georges Hobeika Haute Couture - Jaeger-LeCoultre Gala Dinner

While sister Elle Fanning is promoting ‘Galvetstone’ in France during Deauville American Film Festival, Dakota Fanning was attending the Jaeger-LeCoultre gala dinner during Venice Film Festival on Tuesday (September 4) in Italy.

We all know that the Fanning girls are loyal to Miu Miu/Prada, so I was excited to see Dakota opt for something new in this Georges Hobeika Spring 2018 Haute Couture dress.

Delicate and refined and inspired by Greek civilization‘s ancient magnificence, I was left in awe by the details of this gorgeous piece.

Yes, Dakota does neutral and princess dresses often, but this was a modern masterpiece if I ever saw one.

I will have to look back to confirm, but this might just be my favourite Dakota look of 2018.

Everything is on point here, hair, makeup, dress, Christian Louboutin ‘Vanite’ clutch, gold Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and of course her Jaeger-LeCoultre watch.

I want to say it doesn’t get much better than this, but the sky is the limit.

‘The Meg’ LA Premiere

the meg la premiere

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Ruby Rose were joined on the red carpet by three more lovely ladies for the LA premiere of ‘The Meg’ on Monday (August 6) in Hollywood, California.

Li Bingbing: The Asian actress, who attends her second premiere for this movie, looked as beautiful as ever wearing a Georges Hobeika gown, which sees her stick to her red carpet M.O. of fitted silhouettes. The only thing I’m at odds with is the jewels. Did she need the full monty – earrings, watch and ring – when the dress has a sufficient amount of bling?

Jessica McNamee: Like Rosie, Jessica opted to smolder gown that let simplicity do all the talking. When you think of David Koma micro minis spring to mind, yet this proves he can do high glamour in a longer silhouette. Jessica dared to bare with the zip hip high, yet the look still oozes a high level of sophistication. Jimmy Choo shoes, plus a selection of jewels from Zoe Chicco, Eriness, Vita Fede and Effy completed her look.

Celina Jade @ 2018 Cannes Film Festival

Celina Jade has been making the rounds at the Cannes Film Festival, with three red carpets to her name thus far.

‘Everybody Knows (Todos Lo Saben)’ Premiere: On the opening day of Cannes on Tuesday (May 8), Celina wore a designer I’m always intrigued to see on the red carpet with this Stephane Rolland Haute Couture gown. Despite the long train, I’ll have to admit that this particular moment didn’t have the sculptural extravagance and wow factor I had my hopes set on. The platform shoes didn’t really help matters.

Chopard Secret Night Red Carpet Roundup

There were many more gorgeous gals who attended Chopard’s Secret Night during Cannes Film Festival on Friday (May 12), where they joined by Lupita Nyong’o, Marion Cotillard and Julianne Moore.

Joan Smalls: We expect models to attend these events in predictable sheer, slit to the hipbone dresses, but Joan was not sticking to those loose rules on this occasion. The model looked breath-taking wearing a Miu Miu Collection bow accented top and fluid skirt. I found this look very elegant and chic. Miu Miu executed this beautifully. I would say it’s one of my favourites so far. The look was styled with Roger Vivier sandals and Chopard jewels.

Irina Shayk: The one thing you can always expect from Irina at Cannes is high-glamour. She had me purring with delight at her Alberta Ferretti emerald green velvet gown styled with matching Chopard jewels. This is definitely her best at Cannes this year. Even if this dress did remind me of Rita Ora’s Grammy gown.

Maria Thelma Smaradottir In Georges Hobeika – ‘Arctic’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following her photocall earlier in the day, Maria Thelma Smaradottir returned to the Cannes Film Festival red carpet for the premiere of her film, ‘Arctic’.

I love how her Georges Hobeika Fall 2018 blue tulle gown is embellished with silver embroidery cleverly depicting the arctic ocean and sea ice.

Opulently lavish, yet still possessing a dreamy fairytale like quality, her look was enhanced with shimmering blue eye makeup.
