Hailee Steinfeld’s Pre-Grammys Style In KHYELI & Yanina Couture

Posted by Catherine Kallon

Despite her tender years, Hailee Steinfeld is somewhat of a veteran on the Grammys red carpet, so I wasn’t surprised to see her attended several pre-Grammys events this weekend.

Roc Nation Brunch:  Brunching with Beyonce, the singer wore an ivory KHYELI dress which has all the trappings of a cool, casual Hamptons weekend look – let me draw your attention to its knotted front.

But the back tells a more sensual story, as it’s fully open.

I love the change of pace this look gives Hailee, but I’m on the fence with the hat.

Pre-Grammy Gala and Grammy Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs:  For the evening, things were considerably more glamorous, as Hailee surprised me with this tailored skirt suit from Yanina Couture’s Fall 2019 collection.

Some might feel this has Jane Fonda or Helen Mirren’s name written all over it, but I love this more mature outing from Hailee.

This was a gala after all, so a chainmail, sheer gown, slit to the thigh gown  wouldn’t have fit well for this occasion I feel.

I’ve been waiting for a shift from Hailee, so love both looks.

Second look is stunning. It’s good to see young with such clothes.

    Both looks are totally working!
If I had to choose, I’d go with the second though

I love the Yanina look. Mature but not aging.

I like both, but the hat is too try hard. The Yanina Couture is stunning.

Other than the hat, I am sold on both looks.

Somehow I like both looks. the first feels busy but the dress is lovely and fluid. The second is a bit harsh for her but interesting. She takes risks. I like it

    No to both from me.

Two fun, experimenting with fashion but not looking silly or overwhelmed looks. I’m sold on both.

I like both looks sans the hat in the first . Hailee has a gift of breathing youthfulness into her looks, so the second look doesn’t feel aging to me at all.

The first look is too “busy”, I dont’t like the pumps and the hat kills it. She looks very elegant on the second look and I’m glad she optet for a muted makeup, because all the emsemble is very aging on it’s own.

I like the first look minus the hat. The back is great.

The 2nd look is way too aging.

Hell no, the 2nd look plain killed me – this is beyond too old, mature and aging for her, I can’t even comprehend how would one choose it for her??? Looks like Millie Bobby Brown’s virus is spreading. The 1st one looks like a bit too much going on with the draping and the hat..

on the side note, the 2nd look made me think of Juana Acosta.

The Yanina look is amazing! Its mature but she styled it right with the makeup. Its very elegant and she looks just gorgeous!
The first is heavy. its white ya, but the front knot and drape weighs the look down. the hat doesn’t help.
