Brie Larson Wore Alexander McQueen To The ‘Just Mercy’ Celebration Conversation

Brie Larson attended a celebration for her new film, ‘Just Mercy’ which included a conversation with her cast and writer Bryan Stevenson in New York City on Sunday (December 15), which had it first premiere during Toronto Film Festival.

I don’t know about you, but after her promo tours for ‘Captain Marvel’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame,’ I’m excited to see what she will deliver on this tour.

We’ve seen a lot of McQueen suiting, so I was delighted to see this Alexander McQueen Resort 2020 dress serve up a romantic and theatrical aesthetic, which is the other side to the brand.

I’m sure some would’ve loved Brie to uplift this look with polished pumps, or sandals, but I think this elegant orchid print fused into a kaleidoscope-like pattern works with the boots because of the edginess of the print, and the leather belt.

Plus, I don’t think it disrupts the ladylike mood.
