Rosie Huntington-Whiteley In Bottega Veneta – The Fashion Awards 2019

It was a very good night for Daniel Lee of Bottega Veneta, as he took home the Accessories Designer of the year, Brand of the year and Women’s Designer of the year at The Fashion Awards 2019 held at Royal Albert Hall on Monday (December 2) in London.

He also had Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as his model-muse for the night, so he was winning on all fronts.

The British model wore a gold embellished backless dress from the designers Spring 2020 collection, which had a looser fit than we expect from the model, which may be a deal-breaker for some, but I love how clean and effortless this is.

It stands out, yet the look is not begging for attention.

Jessica McCormack jewels and a metal clutch completed her look.

You weren’t fans of Rosie’s #REVOLVEawards look, so does this see her back on track?

Just a bit tired of her turning everything into a sleek column gown. I think the dress looked cool on the runway.

I don’t like the fit. I see from the model it is meant to be loose, but it doesn’t work on either woman.

Agree with the cheap Versace comments. The neckline is awful.

Meh. She can do this type of look in her sleep. I also don’t think the gown looks that good. That whole Bottega collection really wasn’t good in my opinion.

Sooooo much better than the Revolve look. This is gorgeous.

I find it lovely. Certainly better than the runway look.
Not her best. But nothing to complain about either.

Not a fan – looks like a prom dress I had in 1991. Those flat sequins always look cheap!

I ALWAYS look forward to any kind of Rosie content but I’m disappointed? This is so basic and I don’t like the weird line going down the left side of the gown.

How many versions of this dress has she worn

I prefer the runway version. Rosie’s version looks like a slightly awkward comprise from the looser original cut and a figure accentuating silhouette one would associate with Rosie. I love the material and her hair and beauty look and keeping the asymmetrical neckline makes it a little different.

Feels a bit off for me. The asymmetrical neckline and the centre front seam put me off loving this.

I agree that the dress looks like cheap Versace which to me means it looks really cheap. But, this is Rosie Huntington-Whitely and the dress is meh but she looks amazing as usual.

It’s impossible for her to look bad but I’m not feeling the dress, it looks incomplete esp the neckline. We know she could do so much better.

    I hate the asymmetrical neckline.

This looks like a cheap Versace
