Here is a final look at menswear which hit the red carpet at the 2019 MTV Movie and TV Awards, front row at Louis Vuitton Spring 2020 during Paris Fashion Week, and the ‘Lying & Stealing’ New York Screening.
Noah Schnapp: The young ‘Stranger Things’ actor has always been a sharp dresser, and this Fendi suit was no exception, right down to the two-tone Fendi sneakers. I’m sure you’ll appreciate that the suit was subtly emblazoned with the swirling iteration of the FF logo.
Lewis Hamilton: Seen as an icon of style among millennials, the British racing car driver wore a Louis Vuitton arty, glitter-lined sweatshirt with sporty track-pants with high-top sneakers straight out of the ’80s.
Joel Edgerton: Speaking of sneakers straight out of the ’80s, I wish Joel had left his Louis Vuitton pair there, along with those shell pants. He’s only selling this look from the waist up.
Finn Wolfhard: The same applies to the ‘Stranger Things’ actor in this Saint Laurent look, as I can’t get on board with the ‘Beetlejuice’ trousers.
Asher Angel: Unlike Noah Schnapp, Asher was wasn’t going for subtlety with his Fendi look.
Theo James: I was a little disappointed by Theo’s Prada suit at the ‘Lying and Stealing’ New York screening, as it felt way too big for him.
Miguel: The entertainer looks to be trying to get the Louis Vuitton harness off the ground again. If Chadwick Boseman can’t make it work, no one can.
Shameik Moore: There is so much I love about this Givenchy Spring 2019 burgundy suit. The colour for a start. Followed by the gold embroidery and the unique placement of the buttons on his shirt.
Victor Cruz & Karrueche Tran: The couple have been doing the rounds this menswear fashion week, but style-wise they hit a brick wall on this occasion. Karrueche’s Louis Vuitton outfit is way too big for her, and Victor lost me with the Hi Vis vest and those jeans.
Zachary Levi: The actor was looking very sharp in Paul Smith, yet it feels too stuffy for the MTV Movie and TV Awards.
