November 13, 2017 Runway To Red Carpet

Margot Robbie In Altuzarra & Prada – 9th Annual Governors Award

Margot Robbie cut a striking profile, as she walked the red carpet at the 9th Annual Governors Awards on Saturday (November 11) in Hollywood, California.

I was immediately floored by the subtle seduction of her Altuzarra Fall 2017 floral-embroidered gown that was given a whimsically elegant finish in the Prada pale pink feather jacket from the Fall 2017 collection.

Oozing with effortlessly classic glamour, this kind of look was made for Margot.

I love how her easy waves and sultry makeup enhanced the sense of modernity with a light dusting of Sara Weinstock jewels only complementing rather than competing with the ensemble.

Love it, I think this is major. Love the styling with the feather jacket, it’s unexpected and works very well here. One of the best of the event.

This is movie star glamour personified, looks like a 1920’s bombshell look. I could done without the fur stole, but Margot still looks so beautiful that I couldn’t fault her with this Altuzarra offering. One nitpick, I wish she had worn the runway amethyst color, it will be AMAZING!! Anyway, long live my favorite Aussie girl crush Margot Robbie!!

I love the touch of the feather jacket. It makes the look more fun and memorable.

Hm. She just doesnt strike me as an ott glamor movie star. The feathery thing just doesnt feel right on her. She doesnt look bad by any stretch….just not ‘her’.

I don’t know what her right style vibe is yet. Clearly she has never figured it out either.

I love the dress but that feather jacket has got to go! It makes her look…old? Like it’s something an older, wealthy woman would wear. I’m not feeling it.

Oh no! This look is WAY too mature for her! Ditch the feather jacket and it would be acceptable.

The black dress is very nice but I would have loved it in the runway colour even more. The feather jacket wasn’t necessary but does add a dose of fun.

love it. she looks a true movie star. she’s gorgeous and talented. Can’t wait to see I, Tonya. No doubt she’ll get an Oscar nod.
