Yara Shahidi In Gucci – 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards

I always look forward to seeing Yara Shahidi on the red carpet. And, the young ‘Black-ish’ starlet did not disappoint at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards, hosted on Sunday (May 7) in LA.

Delivering sensory overload in all the right ways, she was captivating in a Gucci Spring 2017 ensemble.

The thing about Yara is she wears such complex looks so well. Not even the rarefied combination of a Renaissance-inspired, floral-embroidered XXV (Gucci designer Alessandro Michele’s lucky number) top with a high-octane, disco-mirrored skirt could trip up her trend-forward sensibility.

She topped off the look in fine form, with the feminine flourish of bow-wrapped sandals and long braids.
