Hari Nef In Simone Rocha – ‘Assassination Nation’ London Premiere

Hari Nef In Simone Rocha - 'Assassination Nation' London Premiere

Hari Nef attended the European premiere of ‘Assassination Nation’ during the 62nd BFI London Film Festival on Friday (October 19).

Her Simone Rocha Fall 2018 coat perfectly captures the romantic essence of the British designer.

This brocade style with an antique floral print is quite the statement piece. We have seen different versions on Amandla Stenberg, Alice Eve and Gayle Rankin recently.

Keeping the romantic vibes flowing, the actress completed her look with pink furry sandals.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw In Emilia Wickstead – ‘A Private War’ London Film Festival Premiere

Gugu Mbatha-Raw In Emilia Wickstead - 'A Private War' London Film Festival Premiere

Gugu Mbatha-Raw joined Rosamund Pike for the London Film Festival premiere of ‘A Private War’ on Saturday (October 20).

Honestly, I wasn’t a fan of this Emilia Wickstead Fall 2018 burgundy gown on the runway, and that hasn’t changed on the red carpet.

I don’t feel like this look does anything for Gugu. It’s neither flattering on the bust or hips.

A rare miss for me.

ALINKA jewels completed her look.

Rosamund Pike In Givenchy Haute Couture – ‘A Private War’ London Film Festival Premiere

Rosamund Pike In Givenchy Haute Couture - 'A Private War' London Film Festival Premiere

Rosamund Pike attended the European premiere of ‘A Private War’ during the 62nd BFI London Film Festival on Saturday (October 20).

Those of you tired of the sheer trend may struggle with your emotions for this one, because you KNOW this Givenchy Spring 2018 Haute Couture look is epic, and probably Rosamund’s best yet.

I love how the black tailored wool coat give this look a dramatic, sleek cape effect and how the black bonded lace skirt with 3D lace flowers gives the looks some texture and dimension.

I truly believe the skirt is the hero piece here. The look may have been flat without the sultry seductiveness it brings to the overall look.

The pulled back hair and red lip makes a recurrence here, but I’m not mad when it fits the sleekness of the look perfectly.

Amandla Stenberg In Valentino – ‘The Hate U Give’ London Film Festival Premiere

Amandla Stenberg In Valentino - 'The Hate U Give' London Film Festival Premiere

Amandla Stenberg had a breath-taking moment on the red carpet for the premiere of ‘The Hate U Give’ during the 62nd BFI London Film Festival on Saturday (October 20) in England.

What made this Valentino Spring 2019 glamour moment so epic and special, is mostly because Amandla isn’t really the big gown kinda girl.

I was tempted to call this a princess moment, but I’m yet to witness a princess moment with that amount of side boob, so I think I’ll refer to this as a coming of age moment.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

While we saw a lot of experimental menswear looks last week, this week it was back to the classics.

Orlando Bloom: The actor joined his girlfriend Katy Perry at the amfAR Gala in Los Angeles wearing a Canali navy blue tuxedo with worlds smallest bow tie.

Joe Alwyn: The actor looked very dashing in his blue double breasted suit with a black knit for a very suave take on red carpet dressing for ‘The Favourite’ London premiere, where he joined his co-star Emma Stone.

Robert Pattinson: After this brief experimentation with short and rubber sole shoes, Rob was back to classic suiting in a Dior Men navy notch lapel suit with a DiorMen transparent striped navy technical tulle shirt. What a shame he buttoned up his blazer.

Maggie Gyllenhaal In Christian Dior - 'The Kindergarten Teacher' London Film Festival Premiere

After going nude the night before, Maggie Gyllenhaal attended the premiere of ‘The Kindergarten Teacher’ during the 62nd BFI London Film Festival on Thursday (October 18).

I love Maggie’s style, but this Christian Dior Resort 2019 strapless printed dress said ‘English summer tea party’ rather ‘Film Festival premiere’ to me.

What are your thoughts?
