Celebration Of Chanel’s Gabrielle Bag

Back in February, Chanel released the details of its forthcoming Gabrielle line, which was the brand’s first (major) new bag model since the ‘Boy’ bag back in 2011.

Chanel brand ambassadors – Kristen Stewart, Caroline de Maigret, Pharrell Williams and Cara Delevingne – will star in the campaign, however, only two of the three were on hand to host a party for the newest ‘IT’ bag at Giorgio Baldi on Thursday (April 6) in Santa Monica, California.

Lily Collins: There was a range of looks this event, but Lily’s tweed two-piece stayed true to the brands classic style.

Pharrell Williams: Leaving his Chanel pearls at home, the performer opted for a more sportier vibe on this occasion. The look almost has a 80s rapper vibe to it, the only thing missing is the chunky gold chain.

Katy Perry: If it wasn’t for the event, I would struggle to believe this was Chanel. It’s far too sloppy for my liking.

Bella Heathcote: Keeping up the edgier vibe she sported last week, the Australian actress knit/leather combo was on the right side of edgy, unlike Ms Perry.

Kiernan Shipka: You can always rely on Kiernan to present a well balanced, interesting and age appropriate look. This is no exception.

Teresa Palmer: I don’t usually refer to Teresa Palmer as cool, but that is very much the vibe she was giving off in her leather, lace and pearl accented Chanel look.
