Kendall Jenner’s Paris Fashion Week Style

Kendall Jenner Paris

Kendall Jenner has been taking Paris, France by storm over the last week or so, spotted out on no fewer than nine occasions during Paris Fashion Week with a wardrobe change in effect at every step of the way.

Look 1: Adding a touch of sartorial androgyny, the model took a structured approach in a Solace London ‘Kusama’ top paired with Elisabetta Franchi high-waisted trousers, Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet, Dior ‘Technologic’ sunglasses, and Camilla and Marc ‘Honour’ flat loafers. I love the vibrancy of the cobalt blue.

Look 2: At a dinner at ‘Le Gabriel’ restaurant with Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing, she naturally was wearing Balmain in a lace-up jumpsuit with ruffled pant legs. I simply cannot make it past the see-through effect and visible panties, so the rest of the look falls victim to the transparency for me. The Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet completed the look.

Look 3: While leaving Laperouse Restaurant, she donned a Balmain logo-print tank top with Balmain Spring 2016 high-waisted pants, which was a significantly more appropriate than her previous Balmain offering. Her favoured Givenchy ‘Pandora’ wristlet made another appearance showcasing its versatility yet again.

Look 4: Embracing the luxe warmth of fur, she was spotted out on the streets of Paris in a Sally LaPointe jacket edged up with Balenciaga leather leggings and Balmain ‘Nina’ leather ranger booties.

Look 5: Switching fur for a long trench coat, she wrapped up in a Sally LaPointe duster for another stroll in the City of Light under which she wore an ASOS cut-out jumpsuit. I didn’t love the cropped length of the pants in combination with the Stella McCartney ‘Elyse’ platform shoes. But, the Celine bag and Garrett Leight glasses were on par with the chic neutrality of the winter-white ensemble, so I will admire it from the mid-calf up.

Look 6: Perhaps one of her most sophisticated entrances was this Elie Saab Fall 2015 runway look in a deep army-green hue accessorized with the Roland Mouret ‘Classico’ bag. This was my favourite from the bunch for its effortlessly tailored refinement and monochromatic richness.

Look 7: Whilst shopping at Chanel, she bundled up in a Sally LaPointe felted cashmere wool turtleneck with silver fox trim. She balanced the lush fur with the sportier appeal of loose jogger pants, which actually brought down the look for me as they were rather unflattering at some angles with the loose sweater. She added more cool factor with Dior ‘Technos’ shades and a M2Malletier backpack.

Look 8: Switching up her street style yet again, she wore a Designers Remix ‘Saturday’ shearling jacket from the Fall 2015 collection with skinny, cropped jeans and another, more successful styling of the quirky, clunky Stella McCartney ‘Elyse’ platform shoes. From the Komono Crafted ‘Dreyfus’ shades to the Kurt Geiger Croc London tote, the styling of this look delivered on youthfully fun, urban-chic spirit.

Look 9: Entering L’Avenue restaurant, she rocked an Alessandra Rich pinstripe jumpsuit that you may remember has previously been worn by Chrissy Teigen. Like Chrissy, she skipped the cropped top that was originally presented under the jumpsuit and instead piled on other accessories in the form of the Sally LaPointe duster trench coat seen earlier, a Céline ‘Nano’ luggage tote, a Derek Lam midnight multi-fringed scarf and her ubiquitous Dior ‘Technos’ shades. I loved this look until I saw the bright white Kenneth Cole ‘Kam’ sneakers that stuck out like a sore thumb.
