On Friday (February 13) Fendi celebrated the opening of their New York flagship store during New York Fashion Week.
Rihanna: The singer, who designed a 3Baguette and micro baguette in aid of her Clara Lionel Foundation, wore a bronze leather Fendi archive dress styled with a pink chinchilla coat and Manolo Blahnik sandals. The look would’ve worked better sans coat.
Sarah Jessica Parker: The actress opted to go sans fur wearing a Fendi Spring 2015 look that was a feast for the eyes with its many colours, fabrications and layers. The smoky eye was perhaps too heavy for my liking, but I’m too distracted by her custom 3Baguette bag and stunning sandals.
Hailee Steinfeld: My first thought was that it was refreshing to see the young star in colour, then I realised she does often embrace colour but not always as boldly as this Pre-Fall 2015 look. A part of me feels there is too much going on, but the right side of my brain loves it from head to toe.
Olivia Palermo: Fendi party or no Fendi party, Olivia opted, as always, to march to the beat of her own drum wearing a Diane von Furstenberg ‘Amana’ print coat styled with Aquazzura booties and a Charlotte Simone black and blue fur popsicle stole.
Naomi Campbell: The model’s PETA campaign, where she once declared that she’d rather go naked than wear fur, seems like a lifetime ago as she wore a fox-fur coat styled with a mini blue Fendi peekaboo bag.
Rosario Dawson: The actress wore a Fendi Pre-Fall 2015 look with perhaps one too many accessories, but she’s making it work for her.
Jourdan Dunn: The model is the only one for me who totally nailed her look. I’m in lust with her mohair Fendi Spring 2015 and those graphic trousers are to die for.
