Front Row @ Ralph Lauren Fall 2019

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Front Row @ Ralph Lauren Fall 2019

New York Fashion Week is full steam ahead, with the front row at the Ralph Lauren Fall 2019 show on Thursday (February 7) at the label’s Upper East Side shop — which had been transformed into Ralph’s Cafe for the occasion — filled with an eclectically outfitted mix of pretty starlets.

Zazie Beetz: Any damp chill in the air was properly whisked away with the ‘Deadpool 2’ star’s Ralph Lauren Collection sunny-yellow pantsuit topped with a contrasting turquoise-flecked turban for a uniquely personalized finish.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: This Ralph Lauren Collection Pre-Fall 2019 suede jumpsuit was so effortlessly modern, especially when paired with a sleek bun, collar necklace, and Jimmy Choo sandals.

Annabelle Wallis: Patchwork took on new meaning with this Ralph Lauren Collection Fall 2018 ensemble. I love the array of textures and shades in the skirt that instantly went from folksy to fashion-forward by way of the nubby, oversized sweater — and Annabelle’s minimalist beauty.

Variety 10 Actors To Watch And Newport Beach Film Festival Fall Honors

Variety 10 Actors To Watch And Newport Beach Film Festival Fall Honors

Rising stars stepped out at the Variety 10 Actors To Watch And Newport Beach Film Festival Fall Honors on Sunday (November 11) in Newport Beach, California.

Gemma Chan: The British beauty’s Louis Vuitton ensemble was sweetly feminine but wasn’t saccharine thanks to the inky leather.

Henry Golding: The dashing effect of the ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ actor’s Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2018 ensemble was marred by the too-long trousers.

Cailee Spaeny: Bringing a vintage mood, the ‘On the Basis of Sex’ actress sported rich red Valentino Resort 2019 separates with black tights. Her crop suited the mood perfectly.

Zazie Beetz In Ralph Lauren – 2018 Emmy Awards

Zazie Beetz In Ralph Lauren - 2018 Emmy Awards

Soft shades may have proven popular at the 2018 Emmy Awards on Monday (September 17), but Zazie Beetz went in a different direction.

The ‘Deadpool 2’ actress was clad in a Ralph Lauren Collection Fall 2018 gown which showcased a spellbinding dégradé.

The detail alone would have had enough impact, but the embellishment added a regal finish which brought to mind the jewels of an Egyptian queen.

The earrings weren’t necessary but they did play into the mood of the ensemble so I’ll give them a pass.

Comic-Con 2018 Red Carpet Roundup

Comic-Con 2018 was awash with talent and inspiring red carpet looks. Here is a look at those who caught my eye.

Zoe Kravitz: The actress, who participated in the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ panel, kept things cool – as you would expect – wearing a cropped t-shirt and Prada Fall 2018 trousers with a punchy print.

Ruth Negga: The thing I love most about Ruth style is the confidence oozing from every pore. This Ulla Johnson look styled with By Far sandals, was yet another effortless example.

Jamie Chung: The one thing you can rely upon with ‘The Gifted’ star is colour, and perhaps some vibrant tropical blooms. This Alice + Olivia ‘Amos’ blouse and NBD ‘Derrick’ skirt has me dreaming of exotic locations.

Zazie Beetz In Chloe – 2018 MTV Movie And TV Awards

Zazie Beetz attended the 2018 MTV Movie And TV Awards on Saturday (June 16) in Santa Monica, California.

The ‘Deadpool 2’ actress is known for her off-beat style, but on this occasion she kept things simple in Chloe.

I love the top part of the dress and fact that she opted to wear this dress sans shirt, I’m not a fan of the skirt.

The inner layer doesn’t work for me. I would’ve preferred this had it just been pleated.

Styling wise, she totally nailed it with the cuffs and brogues.

Zazie Beetz In Valentino – ‘Deadpool 2’ New York Screening

If we’ve learnt anything about Zazie Beetz’s style in recent times, it’s that the safe option, isn’t an option.

The ‘Deadpool 2’ star joined co-star Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively on the red carpet for the New York screening on Monday (May 14), wearing Valentino.

These glorious Fall 2018 floral gowns have been seen everywhere from Guernsey, Germany, New York to twice at Cannes, yet I’m still charmed by the floral explosion.

Flowers may be the symbol of romance, but I love how the blocks of sequins enhance my love for this look.

Was the black cherry lip too dark?

Not for me. It adds her signature quirk and playful vibe that felt oh-so right.
