Jing Tian In Christian Dior Couture – 2014 Hollywood Film Awards

Jing Tian attended the 18th Annual Hollywood Film Awards held at The Palladium on Friday (November 14) in Hollywood, California.

The Asian actress wore a beautifully embroidered Christian Dior Fall 2012 Couture gown with a grey front and red back enhancing the intrigue to this look.

Styling her look with Dior silver clutch and Dior Fine Jewelry; pops of red via her lips and nails to keep the grey/red theme going.

I have to say I prefer the gown from the front rather than the back. The contrast back does give the look a different dimension, but I’m not sure I am 100% sold on it.

If I had to change one thing I was swap out the gold metal belt for a silver one.

The lip colour makes this okay for me. Otherwise the red back would just be so random. She looks okay. The chest area takes this down a little.

I think she looks perfectly fine and so is the dress.

Except for the clutch, I find this quite interesting. I like the contrast of the colors, it fits her well, and she looks just darn cute.

      +1

I actually like it. I think red and grey are gorgeous together and it makes the dress more interesting

Mixing metals, the boobage, the contrast which clearly doesn’t work.. This is a No for me.

I was going to complain about her hair but when I saw how weird that dress is the former seemed like just a minor detail. The contrast doesn’t work at all together but I would’ve like to see them as separated pieces.

It’s look 52 from Raf’s debut collection for Dior.

The contrast isn’t working, I agree, It’s like 2 different dresses sewn accidentally together, and agree on the belt – silver would’ve worked better, also the boobs are pushed up and together a bit too much.

Not a fan of the dress.

At first I really liked this dress. But seeing the pink contrast on the back lessened my opinion of this dress. At first it was an elegant and classy dress. With that pink it just comes off tacky and totally ruins it for me…

Totally agree. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean that you should do it. Sewing these two colours together was the wrong idea.

    Perfection!
