Rosario Dawson In Marchesa - 'Cleopatra' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Rosario Dawson was able to quickly redeem herself this evening at the ‘Cleopatra’ Cannes Film Festival premiere, following the poor showing on the red carpet last night.

On this occasion she wore a Marchesa Resort 2013 gown.

The sparking golden creation featured puffy sleeves and a fishtail skirt that she styled with a diamond cuff, which wasn’t needed, and a Ferragamo clutch.

Sweeping locks and a hot red lip colour completed her look.

This is much improved for me. What say you?

Jessica Chastain In Versace Collection - 'Cleopatra' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Jessica Chastain returned to Cannes Film Festival, taking to The 60th Anniversary Theatre this evening for the ‘Cleopatra’ premiere in France.

The red-haired beauty looked regal, wearing a Versace Collection gown which was fit for a Queen.

Her long-sleeved off-white silk gown, featuring a cape which trailed behind her into a dramatic train, was styled with a stunning sapphire sautoir and the trombino sapphire ring from the Elizabeth Taylor Bulgari collection.

Jessica is giving us a preview of the upcoming Versace Collection Spring/Summer 2014.

From this look it would appear this collection will focus less on the studs, cut-outs and slashed-to-the-thigh gowns the brand is known for, but we will have to wait and see.

Hangover Premiere Menswear

The men of ‘The Hangover Part III’ also took to the red carpet at Westwood Village Theatre in Westwood, California on Monday evening. Thankfully, it wasn’t the black-suit fest we are used to.

Bradley Cooper: I was most impressed with Bradley’s custom Gucci suit; he stepped way past the limits of usual red carpet menswear (unless you are Ryan Gosling or Jamie Foxx), donning a rust-coloured notched-lapel two-button suit. Pairing the look with a pale-blue shirt was also a bit of a risk when a white shirt would’ve been an easier choice. What I love most about this look is that I can finally see Bradley’s handsome face again. The beard was getting a bit out of control.

Justin Bartha: Going for a head-to-toe sleek Etro look, the actor wore a grey-and-blue plaid woven suit with a blue dress shirt. I love the accents, which prevent this look from feeling one note; they include a navy silk polka-dot tie, a silk paisley pocket square and suede two-tone brogues.

Zach Galifianakis: My wish for this look is that Zach had matched his jacket to his pants. Either colour would’ve worked. As presented it doesn’t work for me.

Emma Roberts In Camilla and Marc - Glamour Presentation of ‘These Girls’

Emma Roberts joined Dianna Agron on the red carpet last night for the Glamour presentation of ‘These Girls’ at Joe’s Pub in New York City on Monday evening.

With the weather being so gloomy in London, I forgot that it’s actually summer, so this Camilla and Marc ‘Adaptation’ dress from the Spring 2013 collection is perfect for the season.

I’m tempted to say that the bright-hued two-tone pink-and-white high neck dress with a wrap-style skirt should’ve been styled with a different pair of shoes than the black Kirkwood sandals Emma selected but, as the young actress rarely wears anything other than black pumps, I will give her a pass.

Would you have preferred a different-coloured shoe, or does this edgy shoe choice work for you as presented?

Naya Rivera In Donna Karan - ‘The Hangover Part III’ LA Premiere

Naya Rivera has been channelling her inner J-Lo a lot recently and her look at ‘The Hangover Part III’ LA premiere on Monday evening was no exception.

The ‘Glee’ actress donned a black bandeau top and a Donna Karan Resort 2013 black origami pencil skirt with sequin detailing to create one hot and spicy look.

If I had her abs, I would probably want to show them off too.

The reason why this look works for me and Diane Kruger’s didn’t is because the belly button is covered with her high-waist skirt. Any lower and this would’ve bordered on tacky.

Her flattering look was styled with a half-up, half-down part braided hairstyle and black pumps, which I barely noticed.

Solange Knowles In Stéphane Rolland Couture - Vanity Fair and Chanel Party

Stephane Rolland is the one designer I look forward to seeing at Cannes Film Festival, but so far this year I haven’t been impressed with his first two outings; the most painful was Paz Vega.

Solange Knowles was spotted leaving Tetou in Cannes on Sunday, where she had performed at the Vanity Fair and Chanel party looking outstanding wearing a look from the Stephane Rolland Spring 2013 collection which instantly restored my faith.

The sleek jumpsuit, as you know, is right up my alley. I love everything about this look, from the fit to the length, the smooth cream colour to the conical detailing around the neckline.

Factor in the bright-red lip and the superstar attitude and this look is easily one of my favourites from the festival – and there is not a red carpet in sight.
