Pink In Gucci – Out In New York City

Rocking a platinum swirled ’do and all the shades of the rainbow, Pink was seen out in New York City on Tuesday (July 11).

I loved seeing this Gucci Pre-Fall 2017 plisse skirt outside of its extravagant lookbook styling, as it’s such a striking, colourful piece.

In that spirit, Pink let the skirt take top billing by solely pairing it with a simple black tank for a fun summery look with her Charlotte Olympia ‘The Girl Who Fell To Earth Maggy’ clutch contributing a clever, whimsical finish.

I’m sure the Gucci ‘Angel’ platforms will raise an eyebrow (or many of them), but at least they were nude to direct less attention to the floor.

Ellie Goulding In Gucci – Wimbledon Tennis Championships Day 8

While it rained today in London, the weather would not put a damper on Ellie Goulding’s look as she attended the Wimbledon Tennis Championships Day 8 on Tuesday (July 11) in London.

Donning a feminine Gucci frock, she checked the box on summer floral embroidery.

But, what I loved was the more dynamic edge of this ensemble afforded by the contrast of the black waistband along with her black purse and block-heel sandals that brought an edge to the girly blue lace.

Celine Dion wearing Gucci in Paris

With her flourish of extravagant style, Celine Dion was again spotted in Paris on Sunday (July 2).

Minimalism had no place in this, her latest street-style ensemble that paired a Gucci Spring 2017 hyper-embellished, floral coat with equally glittering, oversized shades—plus green pyjama-inspired pants and a matching Dior Diorever bag.

I always love Celine’s unwavering affection for fashion and the forward-thinking sophistication of a ‘look,’ per se.

But, here, there was just something about the proportions of the pouf-sleeve coat that seemed a bit awkward on her silhouette.

Harper’s Bazaar Summer Party (Fiesta 150 Aniversario de Harper’s Bazaar)

A whole host of fashionable and famous figures descended on Harper’s Bazaar 150th anniversary party at Casa de Velazquez on Wednesday (June 28) in Madrid, Spain.

Raquel Sánchez-Silva: The journalist showcased the cyclical nature of style as she donned a Gucci Spring 2017 gown previously worn by Cate Blanchett back in October. It’s easy to see why the ladies wanted to wear this gown; the gorgeous ruffled shoulders bring to mind petals whilst the red bow belt adds yet more intrigue. I love Raquel’s sleek up-do which allows the look to shine to full effect. However, her choice of clutch cheapens the look.

Paz Vega: Looking incredibly polished and chic, the actress opted for a midnight-blue Dsquared gown featuring an open back dress which gave this ensemble a sophisticated yet seductive vibe.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Visits The New V&A In Gucci

As chicly sophisticated as always, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to the new V&A Exhibition Road Quarter in London on Thursday (June 29).

Proving that tweed can actually cut a charming spring profile, she wore a Gucci Pre-Fall 2017 dress enlivened by its bold red piping detail.

While we’ve now come to expect some manner of her favourite LK Bennett pumps, these being the ‘Art’ navy variety, the red clutch is what really enhanced the dress here.

Kiki McDonough diamond earrings rounded out the look with an elegant finish.
