Jacob Elordi’s Bottega Veneta Pinstripe Suit at ‘The Dog Stars’ Premiere
Jacob Elordi was joined by his co-star, Rak Jasper the dog, at The Dog Stars world premiere, held at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London on Thursday.

He was, of course, wearing Bottega Veneta, with a custom navy pinstripe double-breasted suit that plays to everything that works about his tailoring. The broad peak lapels, defined waist and strong shoulders give him a great silhouette, while the white shirt and navy tie keep the styling classic.
It’s been a while since we last saw Jacob on the red carpet, so I wondered whether he might have used the time away to reconsider the length of his trousers, which has been mildly bothering me since the Frankenstein press tour last year.
The answer is a firm no.
As great as this suit is, and as handsome as Jacob looks, I would love to see him in trousers that didn’t bunch around the ankles. Every time I see this much fabric pooling over his shoes, I mentally take the hem up an inch or two.
But considering this Bottega Veneta suit is custom, and this isn’t the first time we’ve seen him favour this length, I think I finally have to accept that this is exactly how Jacob wants his trousers to fit.
And with Margaret Qualley walking the same red carpet in Chanel’s soleless sandals, Jacob’s extra inches of fabric were hardly the evening’s biggest talking point.
Cartier jewels completed his look.
