Charlize Theron Wore Lanvin To ‘The Odyssey’ Beijing Photocall
My belief has always been that once a film has been released, the press tour is officially wrapped up. But despite The Odyssey continuing its record-breaking run at the global box office for a second week, Charlize Theron joined leading man Matt Damon for a photocall in Beijing today.

I know what you’re thinking. Aside from the fact that Charlize made shorts her signature throughout this press tour, this has to be Dior, right? She is a Dior ambassador after all, and Jonathan Anderson’s reverse collar with the contrasting black neck detail – look 14 – immediately came to mind. I made the same assumption.
However, the South African actress was actually wearing a Lanvin Spring 2026 look by Peter Copping, featuring a halterneck draped blouse and shorts.
Talk about summer dressing.

The fluid silhouette felt perfectly suited to the warm-weather setting, and I liked that the relaxed proportions still looked refined. I also preferred that Charlize left the shorts unturned, unlike the runway styling. Without the rolled cuffs, they almost read as double-layered. It also reinforced how great Charlize looks in shorts.
The actress’s statement heels are legendary, and these Lanvin T-bar mesh pumps continued that long-running love affair.
Stylist: Leslie Fremar.
