Hannah Waddingham Wore Et Ochs To The ‘Ride Or Die’ London Photocall
Hannah Waddingham attended the Ride Or Die photocall held in Trafalgar Square on a gloriously sunny day in London today.
We have become so accustomed to seeing the British actress in glamorous gowns that this Et Ochs Jordan denim corset and wide-leg jumpsuit felt like a genuine departure from her usual red-carpet formula. Yet, considering the occasion—standing beside a classic muscle car in the middle of Trafalgar Square – the look was perfectly pitched.
That said, while the weather called for shorts and baring skin, I personally feel the longer look book proportions work better, creating a stronger balance between the sculpted corset and the volume below.
Far be it from me to suggest that someone wear more fabric when London is experiencing heat warnings and temperatures are approaching 100°F, but I do think the look book version ultimately serves this design better. That said, there is no denying that Hannah is working the culotte length.
The oversized sunglasses, softly waved hair and matching dark denim sandals completed a look that proved that, while this may sit outside the glamorous territory we usually associate with Hannah, she can step away from gowns without losing any of her presence.
