Anne Hathaway Wore Michael Kors Collection To ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2′ New York Screening
Anne Hathaway joined Emily Blunt for the New York screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2, held at the Metrograph on the Lower East Side.

One dominant theme of this press tour has been the colour red, consistently worn by the leading ladies, but a second thread is now emerging: animal print.
Meryl Streep set it in motion with Givenchy and Gucci, and here Anne picks up the baton in Michael Kors Collection.

The leopard-print coat makes just as strong a statement as her ruched red dress, which coordinates with her Manolo Blahnik BB pumps, matching lip, and Aspinal of London Midi Mayfair deep-shine cherry ombré croc bag.

For some, the mix of animal print and saturated red will feel like statement overload, but I welcome the contrast. The coat breaks up the intensity, adding variation and preventing the look from feeling one-note, while still aligning with the tour’s visual identity.
