Rachel Sennott’s Bronzed Glow and Rosy Lips by Kosas
For her New York premiere of Big Mistakes, Rachel Sennott worked with celebrity makeup artist Samantha Lau, building a look that leaned into warmth, shine, and just enough edge.

Using Kosas throughout, the direction was clear from the start: a bronzed rose smoky eye paired with sculpted, high-shine lips.
The skin set the tone. Samantha used the Revealer Skin-Improving Foundation SPF25 in 180 Light Cool to create a smooth, even base that still let Rachel’s natural complexion come through. Brightness was dialled up with Revealer Extra Bright in Illusion and the Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer in shades 2.3N and 3.6C, placed strategically to lift and define. A light dusting of Cloud Set Setting Powder in Feathery kept everything in place while maintaining that soft-focus finish.
From there, it was all about warmth. The Sun Show in Beachy added that subtle bronze wash across the face, while Blush is Life in Blissed and Swoon brought in a flushed, rosy tone that tied directly into the overall colour story. For highlight, Shiny Objects Powder Highlighter in Haloed and Glimmerose was layered across the high points.
The eyes carried the mood. Samantha used Soulgazer Intensifying Gel Eyeliner in Hypnotize and Allure to build depth, blending it out for that diffused smoky effect. Shiny Objects Powder Highlighter in Glimmerose and Embered was tapped onto the lids to add dimension and a soft metallic sheen. Lashes were defined with Soulgazer Lengthening + Lifting Peptide Mascara, while Brow Pop Nano in Taupe and Medium Brown, paired with Air Brow Gel, framed the face.
The lips finished the look. Hotliner Hyaluronic Acid Contouring Lip Liner in Beyond created structure, while Wet Stick Moisturizing Lip Shine in Heatwave and Lip Pulse Glassy Lip Plumper in Aura Flare delivered that full, glossy finish.
A final mist of Cloud Set Airy Setting + Smoothing Mist locked everything in, leaving a look ready-made for the cameras.
