Myha’la Wore Jacquemus To The 2026 Deadline Contenders Television Event
Myha’la attended the Deadline Contenders Television event this weekend, where she was promoting her TV series Industry.

It feels like the actress is firmly in her feather era. We first saw her penchant for plumes at SXSW, and it resurfaces here in this Jacquemus Fall 2026 look, which doubles – no, triples – down on texture, exaggeration, and a full embrace of maximalism.
Feather-embellished and leopard-print? It’s the kind of sculptural drama with a sense of unpredictability that Myha’la thrives in. I know many will take issue with the visual complexity, but for me, she has that rare style personality – much like Zazie Beetz – to carry this off.
Where the look falters for me are those Valentino Rockstud pumps. Ever since they appeared in The Devil Wears Prada 2 trailer, they seem to be everywhere. The sharp silhouette and signature studded detailing introduce a competing visual language. While a statement in their own right, they bring a harder edge that clashes with the more playful, offbeat vibe of the outfit. The bright white leather pulls the eye downward, away from the richness of the textures.
A more understated shoe – something tonal or pared back – would have worked better. As it stands, the pumps don’t ruin the look, but they are jarring.
Stylist: Britt Mccamey.
