Chase Infiniti Wore Prabal Gurung To ‘The Testaments’ London Photocall
Much like her co-star Lucy Halliday, Chase Infiniti was serving up an unexpected type of glamour at the London photocall for Hulu’s The Testaments on Monday.
Velvet? For a Spring photocall? I had to pause for a second.
This wouldn’t have been my first, second, or third choice, but honestly, the velvet fabric isn’t really my issue, as I do like this caramel hue on her. It’s warm, flattering, and photographs beautifully against her skin. My problem with this Prabal Gurung Fall 2026 fitted turtleneck dress is the black hem. It makes the look feel heavy and far too fall-leaning not just for the season, but for a daytime event. That stark shift into black at the hem cuts the look in half and drags it down visually.
Without that, I’d be far more on board, because the top half is actually working. The high neckline, the pattern, the sleek fit, the rich velvet: it all points in the right direction. But that hem changes the whole mood, and not in a good way.
