Vanity Fair Hosts Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood
Vanity Fair Hosts Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood at Bar Marmont in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and the guest list read like a snapshot of the next generation of red carpet regulars. What made the evening particularly interesting from a fashion perspective was how many attendees were already stepping out in fresh Fall 2026 runway looks, giving the event a distinctly forward-looking feel.

Lovely In Lilac
Chase Infiniti wore a Carolina Herrera Spring 2026 lilac knit dress defined by sculptural ruffles circling the waist and hem. While many leaned into sultry territory on this red carpet, Chase stayed true to her usual elegant aesthetic.

Satin Simplicity
Ariana Greenblatt opted for a Christian Cowan Fall 2026 midnight-blue satin gown with a wet-draped effect bodice, almost as if the fabric had been pressed or moulded onto the torso while damp, quietly enhancing the dramatic silhouette. The slightly undone frayed details amplified the gothic edge we have come to expect from the actress.

Golden Knit Glamour
Chloe Bailey wore an AMIRI Fall 2025 gold crochet gown that hugged every curve. The high neckline and intricate knitwork created a striking pattern across the body, and the metallic tone amplified the look’s impact under the lights. Paired with bold gold jewellery, it was unapologetically glamorous, even though the makeup makes her appear older than she is.

First Out In New Givenchy
Kaia Gerber was, of course, the first to step out in a look from the Givenchy Fall 2026 collection, which Sarah Burton presented less than a week ago. And considering Kaia’s love of Givenchy black lace dresses, I am not surprised that the model had this mini dress FedExed out of Paris as soon as it stepped off the runway. The plunging neckline and sculpted skirt balanced delicacy with structure, creating a silhouette that felt more playful than we are used to seeing from the model, but it worked perfectly for this event.

Bode’s Unexpected Cocktail Moment
Cocktail dresses are not usually the lane we associate with Bode, which is why Lux Pascal’s look immediately stands out. The brand is far more synonymous with artisanal tailoring and narrative-driven pieces, so seeing it translate that sensibility into eveningwear, that is a historical reproduction of a 1930s style, makes this moment particularly interesting. The sequinned bodice gives the look its evening sparkle, while the sheer skirt lightens the silhouette, and those red and purple accents inject just enough colour to keep the dress visually alive.

Tailoring With Personality
Maria Bakalova wore a Schiaparelli Spring 2025 striking black and white striped suit that refused to blend into the background. The relaxed tailoring and bold graphic pattern gave the look a slightly irreverent edge, while the statement Schiaparelli face handbag added a surrealist flourish that made the ensemble instantly memorable.

High Drama In Black
Maura Higgins and high drama go hand-in-hand so I was not surprised to see her in this Christian Siriano Fall 2026 gown. The sheer black fabric was overlaid with large appliqué motifs that framed the body, creating a striking interplay between coverage and transparency. It was dramatic, and she carried it with complete confidence. Simone Jewels earrings completed her look.

Vintage Flashback
Olandria Carthen bucked the Fall 2026 trend entirely by turning to the archives. Her vintage Georges Chakra Spring 2005 mini dress featured a plunging neckline, of course, and sculpted bodice, proving that a well-chosen archival piece can still command attention two decades later. This is an Olandria dress if I ever saw one,

Romantic Pink Moment
Rowan Blanchard wore a Collina Strada Spring 2026 pink dress defined by gathered draping and soft ruching across the bodice. The romantic tone and sculpted waist created a fairy-tale silhouette, while the airy fabric kept the look youthful and fresh. I haven’t been too enamoured by the looks from this label on the red carpet, but I really enjoyed this outing.

Tailoring With A Twist
Tyriq Withers closed out the lineup in a light grey checked Louis Vuitton suit that initially appeared to offer a more traditional take on evening dressing. But the tailored silhouette featured a unique decorative trim on the cuffs, pockets, and down the trouser leg, adding an unexpected detail to an otherwise classic look.
