The Prada Pyramid: Best Dressed Vs. What Just Happened?

Prada remains fashion’s most fascinating contradiction: capable of delivering Best Dressed of the Year contenders one week, then something almost unexplainable the next. That tension is exactly why I’m glued to every Prada red carpet moment, waiting to see who reaches the top of the Pyramid.

If Prada were a film in 2025, the title would be Highest 2 Lowest.

In 2025, that highest tier belonged to Felicity Jones, Demi Moore, Simone Ashley, Ruth Negga, Julianne Moore and Zoey Deutch—proof that Prada still knows how to balance intellect, elegance, and modern edge.

Then come the archival moments that gave us plenty of nostalgia: Jessica Brown Findlay in Fall 2017, Rita Ora in Spring 2009, Uma Thurman in Spring 1997, and Rebecca Hall in Fall 2007.

Just below sit the almost-there looks—Cynthia Erivo and Rose Byrne—where minor tweaks could have changed everything.

The base is anchored by Katie Holmes, Sarah Paulson, Maya Hawke, Alba Rohrwacher, Benedetta Porcaroli, Jodie Comer.

Menswear? A flat line—Prada’s most consistent category by far.

I’m praying for a Prada flat line in womenswear in 2026.
