Celebrities at the ‘Now You See Me: Now You Don’t’ New York Premiere
Lionsgate brought the cast — and a surprising amount of leather — to The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers for the Now You See Me: Now You Don’t New York premiere, and while the film leans into sleight-of-hand, the fashion offered no illusions. What you saw… is exactly what you got.
And that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Here is a look at who joined Rosamund Pike.

Serving Edge, Holding Breath
Ariana Greenblatt wore a custom Chrome Hearts leather corseted gown — sculpted within an inch of its life. The structure is so tight I genuinely found myself wondering, can she breathe? Still, the silhouette suits her brand of youthful edge, and the veil adds just the right amount of theatrical flourish. It’s sharp, it’s moody, and it makes sense for her.

Breathable Leather
Lizzy Caplan also chose leather, wearing a Veronica de Piante Amelia dress which looked like it actually allowed her to inhale. It’s sleek, clean, and strikes a balance between minimalism and sensuality. The beaded bodice adds a little sparkle without overworking the look, and the Bucherer jewellery brings just the right finishing touch.

The Leather Memo (Continued)
Reneé Rapp also got the black leather memo, which at this point felt like the unofficial theme of the night. It’s very her — confident, unfussy, direct. It may not be the most inventive look she’s worn, but it aligns perfectly with her persona.

Chain-Link Goddess
Alison Brie gave us a sleek, one-of-a-kind black jersey gown from Michael Kors Collection, anchored by gold chain-link ring straps. It’s simple but effective — the kind of gown that relies entirely on the wearer’s ease and confidence, which Alison has in abundance.

Floral Finale
Isla Fisher injected a bit more colour on this red carpet wearing a strapless Khoon Hooi dress featuring a floral ruffled hem. It’s sweet, flattering, and feels very her. A welcome breather after all the leather.
