Cynthia Erivo Wore Schiaparelli Haute Couture To The 2025 LACMA Art+Film Gala
Before Cynthia Erivo begins her Wicked: For Good press tour, she made a show-stopping appearance at the 2025 LACMA Art+Film Gala, joining a Gucci-clad guest that included Demi Moore, Cindy Crawford, Doja Cat, and Elle Fanning.

But leave it to Cynthia to deliver something entirely different — stepping out of Elphaba’s emerald shadows and into the surrealist silver light of Schiaparelli.

Her Fall 2025 Haute Couture gown was a visual feast. The column silhouette, intricately embroidered with metallic beading that resembled hundreds of watchful eyes, was both hypnotic and beautifully unsettling — exactly the kind of conceptual brilliance Daniel Roseberry excels at. The soft tulle cape added an ethereal weightlessness, balancing the structure of the gown with quiet grandeur.

It’s rare to see Cynthia carry a clutch, but of course she didn’t pick just any clutch. The Schiaparelli minaudière, moulded into a silver Pierced Mouth, couldn’t be a more fitting companion for her — an actress who famously rocks a pierced nose and never shies away from personal expression. The look was completed with matching silver pumps and diamond earrings.

Cynthia’s fashion narrative has always leaned toward theatrical artistry, and this moment felt like her sweet spot. I can’t wait for this press tour to officially start.
David Yurman jewels completed her look.
