Celebrities at the Maison Vivier Grand Opening

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Roger Vivier opened the doors to Maison Vivier, its new Parisian residence, celebrating the grand opening with an elegant gathering of Friends of the House.

Playing with Proportions

I have a feeling that the proportions of this Carven Pre-Fall 2025 shirt and balloon skirt might freak a few people out, but Sarah Paulson pulls it off with her usual charm and ease. The oversized silhouette gives a modern sculptural quality, yet she softens it with her confident posture and easy grace. However, it’s her Roger Vivier accessories — the fiery orange clutch and red bow-adorned heels — that truly steal the spotlight. They inject a burst of playful colour and personality into the otherwise neutral palette.

Lace That Left me Puzzled

Shailene Woodley’s sheer lace dress was a surprising choice for the occasion. She has been stepping out of her comfort-zone lately, and I don’t want that to end, this look felt a touch mismatched for the event. The delicate black lace overlay, paired with visible undergarments, leaned more toward an after-dark event. That said, her confidence is the most important thing here, and the Roger Vivier heels were perfectly coordinated .Perhaps in a different setting, this look would have landed better, but here, it felt just slightly out of step.

When in Doubt, Go Bold

Naomi Campbell will stand out in any room, but put her in a bright orange skirt suit, and the result is pure power. The tailored precision of the suit was sharp yet feminine, perfectly fitting the icon’s fashion DNA. The choice of orange — vibrant, warm, and commanding — instantly lit up the room, while her Roger Vivier red clutch provided that final punch. Naomi has always mastered the balance between high fashion and timeless poise, and this appearance was no exception.

Green, Gorgeous, and Très Parisienne

Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu brought understated glamour to the event in this chartreuse Tory Burch Resort 2026 dress paired with Roger Vivier’s two-tone heels and a red clutch. The draping falls more fluidly thanks to the subtle modifications the actress made to her dress — and for the better. In the look book, the original version had a slightly constrictive, almost mummified effect that might have overwhelmed her. I love how the pink accents on her Roger Vivier shoes add a subtle touch of whimsy. This is the kind of sophisticated, colour-rich styling that feels so quintessentially French — poised, confident, and effortlessly chic.
