Helen Mirren Wore Alice + Olivia To ‘The Thursday Murder Club’ London Premiere
Dame Helen Mirren’s romance with florals continued at the London premiere of The Thursday Murder Club at Leicester Square Gardens on Thursday.
The British actress looked radiant in an Alice + Olivia Maxine gown, adorned with beaded 3D floral embellishments that made her seem as if she had stepped straight out of an enchanted garden.
Some of you might not be on board with the cropped white biker-style jacket, but I love how it gives the look a fresh, modern edge. It’s not surprising that Helen chose it as she rarely steps out in sleeveless outfits, and since this dress was sleeveless, the jacket added both style and balance.
To finish the look, she chose Mikimoto jewels, along with Sole Bliss shoes. The result was a perfect balance of whimsy and sophistication, showing once again that Helen can mix classic elegance with playful, contemporary touches without missing a beat.
