Margot Robbie Wore Vivienne Westwood To The Press Junket For ‘A Big Bold Beautiful Journey’

Margot Robbie’s press tour for A Big Bold Beautiful Journey is proving to be more adventurous than expected, and her latest outing in LA added a welcome shake-up to her style story.

Following the photocall the day before, the actress continued her run of black looks — no surprise, given stylist Andrew Mukamal’s love affair with the shade — but this time with an intriguing Vivienne Westwood Fall 2025 ensemble.

The velvet and mesh corset, detailed with tied straps, felt very much in line with Westwood’s signature codes, but it was the Vivienne Westwood Wreck trousers that delivered the real twist. We rarely see Margot in trousers, and these weren’t just any trousers — they were a deconstructed riff on classic menswear, complete with a collapsed waistband that nodded to the label’s rebellious, punk-rooted DNA.

For some, that waistband detail might feel like a step too far, but I think it injects exactly the kind of something new that will keep this tour interesting. Rounded off with chic oval shades, this is the kind of detour I’ve been hoping to see from her — unexpected, directional, a little bit daring, but still in her lane.
