Ana de Armas Wore Louis Vuitton To The ‘Ballerina’ Paris Premiere
The Ballerina press tour made a swift and stylish pivot from Berlin to Paris, where Ana de Armas graced the red carpet at Le Grand Rex looking every bit the star of a summer blockbuster.

While her Berlin look was undeniably pretty, many of you agreed that it leaned more towards forgettable—a safe choice rather than a standout. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case in Paris.
Wearing a custom Louis Vuitton black velvet bustier gown with a handmade petal-embroidered silk organza skirt, Ana gave us a second moment (out of three) in Europe. If I had seen this skirt on its own, I wouldn’t have guessed Louis Vuitton. Giambattista Valli? Possibly. Richard Quinn? Definitely. It’s a welcome surprise from LV, and a departure from the house’s usual structure-heavy signatures.
This is what I’ve been waiting for from Ana during this press tour. It’s a major movie, and she’s the lead—this look acknowledges that and delivers the drama I’ve been craving.

The look was completed with Louis Vuitton High Jewellery: the Les Armoiries Necklace, LV Color Earrings, and two LV Color Solitaire rings set with emeralds and diamonds. Yes to all of it.
Stylist: Samantha McMillen.
