Elizabeth Debicki Wore Lanvin To The ‘My Master Builder’ Press Night After Party
Elizabeth Debicki is usually the queen of sleek, minimalist silhouettes—her red carpet archive is basically a love letter to understated elegance, with Dior on speed dial. So you could’ve knocked me over with a silk pyjama set when she showed up to the My Master Builder after party at the St Martins Lane Hotel in a printed Lanvin Fall 2025 look that took her signature style, turned it on its head, and added a cummerbund.

A Lanvin boat neck top and matching printed pyjama trousers designed by Peter Copping. Words I never thought I’d type in the same sentence as Elizabeth Debicki, yet here we are. And honestly? I’m intrigued.
There’s something charming about seeing Elizabeth, so often the picture of structured restraint, letting loose in a look that feels deliberately off-duty but still intentional. While I’d expect this kind of artsy-luxe ensemble on someone like Maggie Gyllenhaal, it’s refreshing to see Elizabeth go left when we all expected her to go right.
It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea—the print is bold, the colour-blocking is a lot, and the whole look is much more bohemian than we’re used to from her. But let’s not forget, she just came off two hours of stage time. This is theatre-chic comfort dressing, and in that context, it totally works.
A pair of Dear Frances completed her look.
Unexpected? Yes. Divisive? Probably.
