With the Thunderbolts* LA premiere behind her, Florence Pugh kept the promo train running with a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! alongside her co-stars—and gave leather another go.

While her leather look for the London photocall didn’t quite land, Florence clearly wasn’t ready to abandon the idea. And rightly so, because as the saying goes, “if at first you don’t succeed, try and try again.” And this time? Success.

Wearing a Marine Serre Fall 2025 fitted leather dress with padded shoulders, Florence delivered the kind of punchy, modern energy I love from her. The exaggerated shoulders gave the silhouette a sharp, directional edge, while the leather brought that rebellious, confident streak she wears so well. It’s sleek, it’s sculptural, and some might say, her best outing yet.

Sure, it’s not your typical spring look, but for a late-night talk show where a bit of fashion attitude is welcome, this was right on the money. The look was finished with simple black pumps, Aupen’s Nirvana bag, and chic sunglasses for a final dose of cool-girl ease. A confident rebound and a reminder that Florence is always going to do things her way.
