‘Red, White & Royal Blue’ Star Taylor Zakhar Perez Steps Out In AMI Paris & Versace

Taylor Zakhar Perez was seen in Midtown and Chelsea on Saturday (August 12) in New York City serving up two looks, ahead of his new film ‘Red, White & Royal Blue’ streaming on Amazon Prime.

As you know the SAG-AFTRA strike forbids the actors from promoting any film or TV projects, but I wouldn’t class walking the streets of Manhattan promoting, he was just showcasing his street style ahead of the film’s release.

Taylor first came to my attention at the ‘Bullet Train’ London premiere in July 2022, when he wore a Prada turtleneck, but this summer his style is more…summery, despite the inclusion of another knit piece in this AMI Paris V-neck vest.

What I love most about this look is the nostalgia imbued by the AMI Paris side-stripe track pants which takes its cues from retro sportswear.

AMI Paris is built on a notion of effortless wardrobe staples, and this look couldn’t be a more perfect example of that.

Beautiful in blue, the actor was not to be missed on the streets of Chelsea wearing a Versace workwear inspired overshirt featuring enamel Medusa hardware, which were paired with matching cargo pants, which have been the surprising mini trend we have seen emerging this summer.

The workwear look was complemented with a pair of workman style boots from Bottega Veneta which featured the label’s signature Intreccio leather.

While I’m hypnotised by the blue Versace, I love the nonchalance of the AMI Paris look.
