‘The White Lotus’ Season 2 LA Premiere

The Los Angeles Season 2 premiere of HBO Original Series ‘The White Lotus’ was held at the Goya Studios on Thursday (October 20) with Aubrey Plaza, Jennifer Coolidge, Haley Lu Richards and Maria Bakalova in attendance.

I’m sure the asymmetric cut-out dress that Aubrey Plaza is wearing needs no introduction, as those details are very much a signature of Mônot.

Eli Mizrahi loves to dress women who want to celebrate themselves in in uber-sexy silhouettes.

In this case the silhouette is heightened with the ravishing red hue, which Aubrey complemented with Stuart Weitzman sandals and a matte red lip.

I have a feeling some will say that the ultra-high, thigh-baring slit it too high, but Mizrahi doesn’t appear to be afraid to push the envelope, and I believe that Aubrey pulled this look off with ease.

Jennifer Coolidge and Dolce & Gabbana have formed quite the union.

The Emmy-winning actress wore a custom black lace dress which I love for the subtle embroidered details, and the fact that the underlayer complements her skin tone perfectly.

Haley Lu Richards was channeling a swinging ‘60s vibe wearing a Moschino Resort 2023 watercolor print silk chiffon dress accented with sky blue feathered cuffs.

Likely to be an unpopular opinion, but I like the dress. 

What I don’t like are the boots with the dress. The platforms in the look book are much preferred.

Maria Bakalova made it two red carpet looks in a row wearing a Prada guipure lace mini dress styled with a blush satin clutch and silver leather sandals.
