Julia Roberts Wore Thom Browne & adidas x Gucci For Jimmy Kimmel Live

Julia Roberts made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ with on Thursday (October 13), where she was promoting her new film ‘Ticket To Paradise.’

The actress was captured pre-taping wearing a Thom Browne romper.  

Thom Browne loves a blazer and the designer also loves shorts, so it was only a matter of time before two became one.

As a lover of one-pieces, I’m thoroughly enjoying this smart, yet relaxed moment from Julia. 

If you were to ask me, what are one of your many pleasures in life, I would say seeing what style of suit Julia Roberts is going to serve up during her promo tours.

And I’m not joking.

The woman never misses.

Arriving at the Jimmy Kimmel studios with George Clooney she stood out wearing an adidas x Gucci suit.

Not all collabs are created equal – Ben & Jerry’s x Nike SB. Greggs x Primark.

But in this instance, it makes so much sense.

Both are huge brands with a rich history, they both have iconic, instantly recognisable motifs and they both love retro glamour which resonates with their respective buyers.

In this case they collaborated to produce a sporty retro glamour collection, which attracted the attention of Julia Roberts.

Leave it to Gucci to transform a suit into something unique – but we wouldn’t expect anything less from a label with such an illustrious history in tailoring.

You’ll either be in camp “make it make sense” or love the creativity of this look.

There is something about the stripes, faux fur cuffs and the double-breasted blazer that almost feels somewhat military inspired.

Some might feel that the leather tie wasn’t needed, but what is a good Julia Roberts suit without a tie?

Patent leather pumps and aviator shades completed this awesome look.

I love it from head-to-toe, even though I would’ve worn this with big stomping boots.

I know Julia tends to gravitate toward dark colours, but I’m dying over this pink Alex Perry suit styled with John Smedley knitwear.

If ever there was a colour to accentuate the iconic smile, this is it.
