Jennifer Connelly Wore Louis Vuitton To The ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ Harlem Screening

Jennifer Connelly attended the ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ screening held at the AMC Magic Johnson Harlem on Monday (May 23) New York City. 

I zoomed in on this all-black affair, because I was waiting for the quirk to pop out at me, but this Louis Vuitton look really is just a simple black zip front, drop waist dress with a black bomber jacket.

The bomber jacket was a clear nod to film, as the first incarnation of the bomber jacket was issued by the US military in the 1950s.

I’m so used to seeing Jennifer in head-to-toe runway looks, that this feels – dare I say – plain by her standards, but plain in this case doesn’t mean I don’t like it, as I’m enjoying the simplicity of it all.

A Jennifer Connelly look wouldn’t be complete without some heavy LV footwear.  

This pair you should be familiar with, as we saw a lot of them in the front row at the Louis Vuitton Resort 2023 presentation.
