‘black-ish’ Series Finale Event
The stars of ABCs comedy series, ‘black-ish,’ gathered for a red-carpet, series finale event held at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C., on Saturday (April 9).
Tracee Ellis Ross caught my eye immediately in this Bottega Veneta Fall 2022 lizard print, sequin dress.
As hard as I try, I can’t get past the blue eye shadow.
On her last outing Tracee matched her eye makeup to her dress, but the contrast is so distracting that on this occasion.
It also takes the focus of her outfit which I do actually really like. Bottega boots and all.
Yara Shahidi wore a Harbison Pre-Fall 2022 strapless dress which was perfectly styled with yellow pumps.
This was such an effortless outing for Yara. She continues to set the standard for having fun with fashion, without the clownery.
Metallic, liquid satin will always make me melt.
Marsai Martin looked breath-taking in this bronzed Marco Bologna backless design.
This was a look worthy of a finale, even if I wish she had opted for different shoes. But I gave them a pass as they blend into the black carpet.
