Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Wore Roksanda For Her Arrival In Jamaica

For the second leg of their tour Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge arrived at Norman Manley International Airport on Tuesday (March 22) in Kingston, Jamaica, where they will stay for two nights.

Their activities will include engaging with the Jamaican Defence Force and celebrating the seminal legacy of Bob Marley and other ground-breaking Jamaican musicians.

Much like her Belize arrival, the Duchess represented the flag of the country she is visiting.

There was no way she was going to wear black as it’s seen as too sombre (and reserved for the death of a royal family member), she wore green recently for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, so she opted to wear a yellow Roksanda dress which was a custom creation.

You may recognise this dress, as Jennifer Garner wore the commercial version of the Roksanda knot-detail Brigitte dress on ‘The Ellen Show’ which is sleeveless.

I couldn’t find any “rules” that prohibit royals from wearing sleeveless dresses, and Catherine has worn sleeveless dresses in the past, so I guess the sleeves were added upon request.

Catherine styled her look with the same white Aquazzura ‘Cece’ pumps she wore on her departure.

This is easily her best look of the year.

I want a dress in this shade of yellow.
