2021 InStyle Awards Red Carpet Roundup
Here is a roundup of the twenty other ladies who joined Elle Fanning, Reese Witherspoon, Tessa Thompson and Nicole Kidman on the red carpet for the 2021 InStyle Awards on Monday (November 15) in Los Angeles, California
January Jones was clearly inspired by the lookbook styling of this Sandra Mansour Spring 2022 look, and I wish she hadn’t been.
Iâm more bothered by how bad the white boots with this look than her lace pants on display.
There was a collective eye-roll from you when you last saw Zoe Kravitz on the red carpet at the Met Gala, as you had grown tired of sheer dresses of the Saint Laurent variety.
On this occasion she opted for a more modest approach wearing this hooded red dress with a matching clutch.
Much like Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson wore a coat on this red carpet.
My first thought when I saw the actress in this gold sequinned Michael Kors Collection Fall 2021 look was, âhasnât she worn something like this before?â
The reason why it feels so familiar is because the actress has a penchant for shimmering gold Michael Kors dresses. Most notably her 2015 Met Gala dress.
Has anyone else noticed how the direction of Jurnee Smollettâs style has changed since the red carpets reopened?
The actressâ pandemic award season style saw her serve up plenty of directional looks, while her red carpet style is giving us more gala style gowns like this  yellow floral Valentino Spring 2022 gown.
She looks gorgeous in this dress, but itâs something that I have noticed recently.
Miranda Kerr didn’t need jewels when her Dolce & Gabbana LBD was dazzling so brightly.
Christian Louboutin â514â sandals completed her look.
This is 14 looks and counting from the Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2021 Haute Couture collection, as it proves to be a big hit with celebrities.
Madison Bailey reminds me to get the Christmas decorations out from the attic wearing this typically gorgeous and high octane red metallic pleated ruffle one-shoulder dress from the Paris-based designer.
David Yurman jewels completed her look.
Lucy Hale wore a Dolce & Gabbana citrine Swarovski crystal mesh mini dress paired with gold double platform sandals which is gorgeous.
I love that this is a totally different look for her, but this is kinda giving me Versace vibes.
The key to pulling off a sheer/illusion dress, either wear the right undergarments, and the illusions panels need to be undetectable.
Madeline Brewer achieves both in this Cong Tri Fall 2021 dress styled with Jimmy Choo sandals and Vhernier jewels.
Kaia Gerber brought plenty of festive, winter wonderland cheer to this red carpet wearing an Alexander McQueen Spring 2022 dress, styled with Manolo Blahnik âPriscestroâ sandals and Ana Khouri jewels.
It was a tale of two icons.
An iconic supermodel in Cindy Crawford and Missoni iconic chevron stripes in this colourful Spring 2022 dress.
A beautiful daffodil print dances around Amanda Gormanâs Harbison organza Perch dress which she styled with Cartier jewels  and nude Casadei âBladeâ pumps.
Storm Reidâs all black Prada look and Prada Mini Cleo bag was injected with a shot of colour via her orange Prada slingback pumps.
The colour palette for the Christian Dior Fall 2021 had a foundation of mostly dark colours, but Alexandra Daddario opted for the brightest look in the collection wearing a red plaid look styled with a red Lady Dior bag and Dior shoes.
Is there a thing as too much plaid?
I think she pulls this off in a very charming way, even if it feels a tad formal for this event. Â
From the teal colour to the cut, Iâm obsessed with Simone Biles’ custom AliĂ©tte dress.
Fashion-wise, she has been killing it on the red carpet this year.
An emerald Judith Leiber clutch completed her look along with a gorgeous pair of mint Christian Louboutin âLoubigirlâ sandals.
Kudos to Phoebe Dynevorâs stylist as this is the actressâ best Louis Vuitton look so far.
While Iâm still missing her style pre-contract, this Fall 2020 dress feels like a step in the right direction at least.
Andie MacDowell wore a Dior navy taffeta bustier dress styled with Dior accessories including the Dior 30 Montaigne bag.
With this long polka dot train, Lana Condor appeared to be on a mission to shut down the red carpet wearing this Georges Chakra Spring 2020 Couture look.
As much as I love the drama and playfulness of the print which matches her personality, Iâm not a fan of the shorts as I wish they were plain.
Christian Louboutin âCorinettaâ sandals and Tasaki jewels completed her look.
Trust Lori Harvey to smoulder in a turtleneck. That’s even before you get to the cut-outs on her Michael Kors Collection Fall 2021 dress.
Camila Mendesâ Prada crystal embellished tulle crop top, and the sleekness of her Prada jacket and trousers kept my interested in this all black look.
I don’t mind logos, but this Prada bag is a little loud for me.
This is a classic case of not everything translates on the red carpet.
This RVNGÂ Spring 2022 dress looks like a fun option when you see it on the runway, but Connie Britton didn’t sell it to me.
